We may conduct limited, targeted one-to-one business outreach where relevant and lawful, but we do not permit indiscriminate bulk messaging, deceptive outreach, or campaigns that fail to respect opt-out requests. This policy explains our approach.
Scope
- This policy applies to AddMaple employees, directors, contractors, and anyone acting on behalf of the company.
- It also applies to partners, affiliates, agencies, and vendors who promote AddMaple, our website, or our services.
What we prohibit
- Sending unsolicited bulk commercial email, SMS, or instant messages that advertise addmaple.com or AddMaple offerings.
- Posting unsolicited promotional content in forums, comment sections, social networks, or other communities.

What we allow
- Messages sent to people who have clearly opted in to hear from AddMaple or who have an existing business relationship where marketing is permitted.
- Transactional or service-related messages needed to operate accounts, trials, billing, support, or product functionality.
- Limited, targeted one-to-one business development or support conversations that are relevant, truthful, and lawful.
- Marketing activities that comply with platform rules and applicable law, including honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly.
Compliance
- We expect everyone representing AddMaple to comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communications laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, and similar requirements where they apply.
- We only send promotional communications where permitted by applicable law, including obtaining consent where required and respecting any applicable rules for existing business relationships.
- We honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests without undue delay.
Third parties
- Third parties may not promote addmaple.com on our behalf using spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Anyone working with AddMaple on outreach, advertising, or lead generation must follow this policy and applicable law.
Reporting abuse
If you believe AddMaple or someone acting on our behalf has sent you spam or unsolicited bulk promotional messages, contact hello@addmaple.com with:
- the date and time of the message
- the sender address or account
- the subject line or message content, if available
We review reports and take appropriate action.
Enforcement
- Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contractor or partner relationships, or other corrective measures.
- We may update this policy from time to time as our practices and legal obligations evolve.
